Curiosity vs Conviction
The war of carnal curiosity & Christian convictions
The truth is we are all facing the challenge today of balancing the use of cell phones and social media.
Can we silence our carnal curiosity & amplify the sound of Christian convictions?
From Lesson 1, Curious George
About the series
This topic has slowly become the elephant in the room.
How much is too much and where do we draw lines for ourself and the next generation in the virtual world? Due to the conveniences and connections cell phones and social media brings, we will over look what it is costing us.
In this series, we address not only the problems we are facing, but give practical application for
students, parents, and leaders.
Eleven lessons. One war.

From the lesson’s “examples of lines you can draw for students and even yourself”:
Set a time limit on social media apps and internet usage.
Limit your cell phone usage overall by turning your phone off at certain times of the day.
Try leaving your phone in the kitchen or in the living room and not taking it to your bedroom at night.
Remove social media completely from your phone for a time. Take the challenge and track how you feel.
But your life doesn’t have to be a mess.
